1. Scope of Application. These GTC govern all orders placed on premieroutlet.ch. By placing an order, the customer accepts them.
2. Products. Premier Outlet offers authentic designer fashion items, selected from European partner suppliers. Visuals are non-contractual.
3. Prices. Prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF), all taxes and import customs fees included. No additional charges are billed upon delivery.
4. Order. The sale is concluded upon order confirmation sent by email. Premier Outlet reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order (out of stock, obvious pricing error, suspected fraud).
5. Payment. Secure payment by card (Visa, Mastercard) and TWINT. Debit occurs at the time of order.
6. Delivery. Delivery in Switzerland within 3 to 7 working days depending on the product. Deadlines are indicative; Premier Outlet is not responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or customs.
7. Returns. See the Return and Refund Policy.
8. Warranty. Items benefit from the legal warranty for non-conformity (Art. 197 et seq. CO).
9. Liability. Premier Outlet's liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.
10. Applicable Law. These GTC are subject to Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction: domicile of the publisher.
