You have 14 days from receipt to return an item to us.
Conditions: The item must be new, unworn, unwashed, with all its tags and original packaging.
Procedure: Contact contact@premieroutlet.ch with your order number to receive return instructions.
Return costs: Borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.
Refund: Issued within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the item, to the original payment method.
